PRIVACY POLICY

1. Our Commitment To Privacy and Restrictions on Use of Our Site

GOEdiving.com (“Site”) is an Internet property of GOE International, Inc., its subsidiary or affiliate (“GOE,” “we,” “us”). Your privacy is important to us. In this statement we explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

This Site may not be used by persons under eighteen (18) years of age. Persons under that age must not disclose any
information to us.

Please note that if you use the Site to request alerts, newsletters or invitations to educational seminars or additional
information, such request will not create a business relationship with GOE or any of its employees or professionals. Such a relationship would require direct, personal contact between you and GOE through one or more employees or other professionals, and would also require an agreement that confirms that a relationship is established and provides the terms of that relationship. Similarly, posted invitations to contact GOE for additional information will not be deemed solicitations to provide any goods or services. Information provided on the Site or otherwise should not be construed as a statement or guaranty of the availability of any goods, the availability of our employees to perform any services, or the availability of particular pricing for goods or services.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to you if you are an employee or contractor of GOE who is using this Site. Please consult GOE for details on acceptable use of GOE’s computer equipment, including its mobile devices, desktop computers, workstations and servers.

2. The Information We Collect

This statement applies to all information collected or submitted on this Site. We do not accept credit card or bank account information through this Site but may use a third party provider for such services. We do collect information on the forms that you complete in connection with responses to employment solicitations or other invitations to seminars or similar activities, or if you make an inquiry about our goods or services.

The types of personal information we collect include:
• First and last name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Age and/or date of birth if requested
• Any other personal information the user submits during the course of correspondence with us concerning employment opportunities, seminars or similar activities, or inquiries about goods or services

We also collect non-personally identifiable information. Non-personally identifiable information is information collected in the normal course of operating our business that does not reveal the specific identity of the user. This data records activity either on this Site or within Site-initiated email. The types of non-personally identifiable information collected include:
• Internet protocol (“IP”) address
• Information about a site from which you reached our Site, such as a search engine page
• The time spent viewing particular pages of our Site
• Whether you clicked on a link we provided on our Site

When you access our Site via the Internet, our servers automatically record certain information in a server log. These
server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, browser type, browser
language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your
account.

Our Site’s servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address, which is a unique string of numbers that is
assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. IP addresses are automatically logged by web servers,
collecting information about a user’s traffic patterns. While the IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify an individual who is using the Internet. Your IP address can also reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using. Your IP address may be used to address problems with our server, administer our Site and/or to gather broad demographic information about users of the Site. Finally, the other websites that you visit have IP addresses, and we may collect the IP addresses of those websites and their pages, as well.

3. Cookies

“Cookies” are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive. Cookies do not spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy. Rather, cookies help you navigate a website and enhance the user experience.

Our Site may utilize cookies to collect information about how our Site is used. Information gathered from cookies may include the date and time of visits, the Site pages viewed, viewing and other options chosen as preferences regarding our Site, time spent at our Site and the websites that you visited just before and just after your visit to our Site. We reserve the right to retain cookie data indefinitely.

If you do not wish to transmit “cookie” information, you may turn off the cookie function in your web browser. However, turning off or disabling the cookie functions on your web browser may prevent our system from properly recognizing you when you visit our Site.

4. The Way We Use Information

Generally, we will use information collected on this Site to contact you in response to your inquiries, to provide services requested by you, to alert you to changes in goods and services, and to provide you with requested information regarding us or our services. We may also provide newsletters or bulletins. By submitting your email address at the Site, you agree to receive emailed materials from us.

Any information that you submit at the Site remains your property. However, by submitting that information to us, you grant to us rights to: (1) share your information with third party individuals and entities that we employ directly, or as contractors or agents at our direction, for our own internal business purposes or those of our business partners; (2) use your information for purposes of administering and conducting our business activities; and (3) use your information for purposes of providing services to you or fulfilling your requests.

We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure or transfer is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, when legal process is served on our Site, if our assets are sold or acquired, if a business unit is sold or acquired, if our entire company is sold or acquired, or when we otherwise deem it necessary or appropriate. By agreeing to this statement, you consent to disclosure and transfer of any record or communication to any third party when we, in our sole discretion, determine the disclosure or transfer to be appropriate.

We also reserve the right to transfer any personal or other information you disclose to us to any successor to our
business as a whole, or to any successor to part of our business, whether by merger, corporate consolidation, sale of
assets, or otherwise.

5. Data Collection Practices by Third Parties

We do not endorse, nor are we liable for the accuracy of, the privacy policies and/or terms and conditions of any third parties, including without limitation, those to which we provide links on our Site, including those of our service providers. You should read the privacy policies of such third party websites to make sure that you agree to their terms before using such websites.

6. Group Aggregate Data

We reserve the right to provide aggregate or group data about our Site users for any lawful purposes. Aggregate or
group data is data that describes the demographics, usage, or characteristics of our Site users as a group, without
disclosing their personal information.

7. Security

We endeavor to safeguard and protect our users’ information. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control, and we follow generally accepted industry
standards to protect the personal information submitted to us. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

9. How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

If you wish to access, delete or correct the information that you have provided to us through this Site, or if you do not
wish to receive any emails from us, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section of our Site.

Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, if any, along with the names and addresses of these third parties, if any. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.

11. Policy Changes
